We need a lead consultant to act as subject matter expert on the implementation of Employee Central for a globally recognised organisation. This position is focused on the functional elements and liaising with technical integration team working with a variety of technologies to integration Employee Central to 3rd party payroll solutions (need working knowledge of working with ADP, SAP or ResourceLink for example). Gathering client requirements / project scoping is essential for this position as well as leading test iterations and Employee Central end to end implementation experience. This specific project is a full suite implementation that has been scoped this will also see Performance & Goals Management, LMS, Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, Compensation, Succession and Workforce analytics and Planning.
